FOUNDER & CEO
Ricky grew up with a mom that was a real estate agent. Constantly being dragged to showings and open houses. Seeing how different people lived in their homes developed a fasination with architecture, design, and building. Over the past 15 years he has managed commercial real estate throughout the southeast, sold apartments buildings, assmbled, acquired, entitled, and developed just about every property type but always found himself coming back to that passion for residential real estate. Homes. Where people live. Where kids take their first steps. Where kids grow and go on their own way. Now Ricky has a family of his own and has a deeper understanding of what home really means. The same thoughtfulness, intentionality, transparency, hardwork, commitment, and gratitude that goes into building a family is what was the foundation of Tekton Real Estate.
